It’s 8 P.M. and you’ve just woken up from an accidental nap. Through foggy eyes, you check your phone and a wave of panic forces you up.
“Shit! It’s 8 A.M.?!” you scream at the top of your lungs.
You try to look somewhat presentable before darting out your bedroom door. As you turn the corner of the hallway, you scream once more.
“Whoaaa there! You look like you’ve just seen a wild bear,” says a burly stranger.
“D…do I know you?” you say in between breaths.
“You do now,” he says while running one hand down his chest. “I’m Nick, your roommate’s friend.”
“Oh hi! I’d stay and chat but I’m really late for work,” you explain as you stand still, focusing in on every last bit of hair on his body.
“You might want to get that last bit of drool off your face first,” he says with a devilish smile.
You wipe your face in embarrassment, knowing quite well that that drool didn’t come from sleeping.
“Also, you do know it’s nighttime, right?”
“WHAT?!”
You check your phone and the panic lifts off your shoulders, much like Nick’s shirt recently lifted off his.
“I guess this wild bear came to save the day,” he joked.
“Yeah, thanks,” you say while fixating on his beautiful eyes. “But how wild are you really?”
He smiles, bites his lip, and slowly moves in closer.
“Want to find out?”
