Then, once you've leveled up, you can move on to more advanced maneuvers, just like your favorite Pokémon — body slam, tackle, bite, bind, thrash, throb, ram, swallow, hyper pump, pound, gunk shot — you get the point. Because fitness is important! And it's crucial to keep your real-life training game just as strong as your virtual one. So follow Dylan's lead and stay strong out there, y'all.
